A meeting dedicated to analyse the Italian and international legal framework to contrast organsed crime
FLARE Network, in partnership with the Faculty of Political Science and the Faculty of Law of the University of Turin, organises on Wednesday 20th April in Cuneo a seminar dedicated to analyse the legal measures against transnational organised crime.
During the meeting several themes will be deepened:
- The new frontiers of organised crime
- The role of the European Union in supporting the rights of victims of organised crime
- The lawsuit as a safeguard measure towards victims
- Case histories about foreign citizens victims of organised crime in Italy
- Organised crime and human trafficking
- The role of the European Union in the confiscation and social reuse of asset seized to organised crime gangs
- Organised crime and migrants labour exploitation
- Mafia victims
The event is organised with the contribution of Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Cuneo and the support of the City of Cuneo and Cidi Cuneo.
