FLARE Network, in partnership with the Faculty of Political Science and the Faculty of Law of the University of Turin, organises on Wednesday 20th April in Cuneo a seminar dedicated to analyse the legal measures against transnational organised crime.

During the meeting several themes will be deepened:

• The new frontiers of organised crime
• The role of the European Union in supporting the rights of victims of organised crime
• The lawsuit as a safeguard measure towards victims
• Case histories about foreign citizens victims of organised crime in Italy
• Organised crime and human trafficking
• The role of the European Union in the confiscation and social reuse of asset seized to organised crime gangs
• Organised crime and migrants labour exploitation
• Mafia victims

The event is organised with the contribution of Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Cuneo and the support of the City of Cuneo and Cidi Cuneo.
